In this focused 60-minute hot seat coaching session, participants take turns bringing real career challenges to the table for live coaching with Tanya Andrews.

Benefit from personalised guidance, peer perspectives, and actionable takeaways. Whether in the hot seat or observing, you’ll walk away with strategies you can apply immediately.

In September we'll be tacking all of YOUR curly questions about gender bias, micro-aggressions, code-switching and more.

Small Group Workshops


Our 60-minute small group workshops are designed for practical skill-building in a supportive, collaborative setting. With a focus on real workplace challenges, you’ll learn actionable strategies, share experiences, and receive targeted guidance.

Limited group sizes ensure every voice is heard, making each session both personalised and highly impactful.

In September our session will be focused on tools, strategies and tactics to navigate male dominated industries when you're one of the only women (and most inexperienced!) in the room.

Meet Tanya Andrews:

Your Career, Confidence, and Gender Equality Expert
 
At the helm of The Collective is Tanya Andrews, a dynamic coach with a lifetime of experience navigating and thriving in male-dominated spaces. Growing up on construction sites with her civil engineer father, Tanya had early exposure to environments with reduced access for women. 
 
For the past ten years, Tanya has dedicated her working (and much of her personal life) to advocating for women’s growth and success. Through her social enterprise, Girl Shaped Flames, she’s empowered over 5,000 high school girls to build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills.  Through her not-for-profit, UNIQ You, she’s connecting thousands of young women with female industry role models, significantly increasing the number who pursue careers in male-dominated fields.
 
Now, she’s turned her attention to early-career women: the backbone of a robust pipeline of female talent in industries in dire need of diverse representation.  
 
Tanya’s passion is helping you turn obstacles into opportunities, using tailored strategies and real-world insights to help you thrive. With Tanya as your guide, you’re not just gaining a coach, you’re gaining a mentor who’s walked the path and is dedicated to helping you carve your own.
