First Five Program - Feedback Loop Presentation for Employers [May 2023]
May 11, 2023The following is a replay of the Feedback Loop recently presented by First Five Program Facilitator Tanya Meessman to employers of the participants of the Mar-May round of the program.
The presentation portion includes:
Insights pertaining to early-career women as derived from discussions throughout the 8-week program across:
- The impact of gender (in)equality, bias and norms in the workplace and on their career pathways
- Confidence development
- Communication skills
- Connection with other early-career women
As well as hearing first-hand from some employees regarding the impact the program has had on their professional and personal development.
I also offer my recommendations for organisational consideration across the above 4 x topic areas which will form the basis of discussion during the session.
